Sometimes you may run into some issues viewing an event, even when you are using a supported web browser. Use the guides below to rectify the most common issues that come up.
Google Chrome:
If you are trying to view the event using Google Chrome and are running into problems, follow these steps:
Check for an Update
In your Google Chrome browser, in the top right corner you will see 3 dots:
If there is an "Update" option, click it and Google Chrome will begin updating.
Otherwise, click "Settings" at the bottom of the drop down menu.
Then on the left side of the screen click "About Chrome." This will show you your latest version and offer you to update (if needed)
Clearing Cookies/Website Data on Google Chrome for Sport Scope Live:
Like above, click on the 3 dots in the top right, and then "Settings" at the bottom of the menu.
Then go to Privacy and Security and scroll down about 2/3rds of the page to select See all cookies and site data.
Within that option, in the upper right you can search "sportscopelive.com" and click the delete button.
Safari/iOS Device
Open the Settings app for your device:
- Scroll down to Safari and select it.
- Scroll down to Advanced
- Select Website Data. Give it a couple of moments to load the full list.
- In this list, locate sportscopelive.com. Slide that option to the left so the Delete option appears, and then click it.
Once this is complete, go ahead and relaunch Safari and navigate to your teams page and enjoy the show!
