At the top of the purchase window, click "REDEEM CODE" and enter your ticket code.
Please ensure that you are entering your ticket code and not your receipt number.
When you purchase a ticket, two emails are sent, one with a ticket code and one with your receipt, if you only received one, please check your junkmail folder.
If all else fails, please email Live@SportScope.com with as many details about the problems you're experiencing as possible.
