Please ensure what you're typing in is in fact your ticket code, and not your receipt number.
When you purchase a ticket, two emails are sent: One with a Ticket Code and one with a Receipt.
If you only received one number, please check your junkmail folder as it can sometimes end up in there.
If you're certain you're entering a Ticket Code but you're still getting this error, email Live@SportScope.com about getting a new code.
If you want to purchase a second ticket to get back into the stream right away, we can refund your first ticket purchase.
