Clamp won't stay tight

If one of the clamps on your tower won't stay tight, you will want to reach out to Tech Support for assistance.

The best way to get this started is:

Step 1: Take a few photos of the clamp, text them in to us at 509-204-3270

Step 2: Call the same number (509-204-3270) to discuss getting the clamp replaced.
