What Does the Wide Button Do?

When using the Cam Assist feature with a Smart or Wireless camera system, the Wide button can be found on the left side of the home screen after a game has been created.

It is often used to film Kickoffs, because it excells in broadening the scope of the Cam Assist feature to encompass larger-angle shots.

How is the Wide function used?

1. Wide will not automatically zoom the camera out. When Wide is "On" it turns the Cam Assist Zoom Level Off, so it will no longer utilize your set Zoom Level percentage.
2. You will need to manually put your finger on the Zoom side of the screen and zoom out or in to your desired view. Then let go.
3. After letting go Cam Assist will resume panning and tilting, but will not zoom according to your Zoom level. It will keep the Wide shot you manually gave the camera in step 2 above.
4. Select Wide again to turn it "Off." Once the Wide feature is "Off" Cam Assist will resume automatically zooming the camera to your set Zoom Level percentage.
