GO TO THE GAME IN THE SPORT SCOPE APP AND CHECK FOR BLUE DOWNLOAD ARROWS
- Scroll through all the clips on the bottom part of the screen and look for any clips that have Blue Download Arrows:
If this is the case, you will need to obtain the un-downloaded clips by connecting your system and tapping each play with a blue download arrow to download the missing clips.
If you have multiple angles, you must do this for BOTH angles.

- You will need to CHECK ALL ANGLES. You must scroll through each angle and look for the blue download arrows in each:
- Select the PiP window or other angle in one of the corners of the main replay screen and scroll through the list again for this angle as well.
- Repeat for all of your angles and download every play by tapping on the blue download arrows in the main replay screen until NO BLUE DOWNLOAD ARROWS REMAIN.
Once all plays are downloaded, you will need to Share the Game again and go through the same upload process as before. You should now have the matching number of plays
PLAY WON'T DOWNLOAD
If you tap the blue download arrow but the play refuses to download see the following:
- Force close the Sport Scope app and reopen. Attempt the download again.
- If the clip was less than a second long - meaning the record button was started and then stopped too quickly - the clip will not download.
- That particular angle changed from Ready to Not Connected or Camera Offline during the recording session.
- The EDGE Box or Wireless Head lost power momentarily for some reason.
- A Bridge antenna for that angle lost signal for some reason.
MISSING PLAY ERROR
If upon scrolling through all your clips you encounter some that say "VIDEO MISSING" this means that something happened to that recording and it has been lost. Unfortunately there is no way to recover this clip. Reasons this could have happened during the game are as follows:
- That particular angle changed from Ready to Not Connected or Camera Offline during the recording session.
- The EDGE Box or Wireless Head lost power momentarily for some reason.
- A Bridge antenna for that angle lost signal for some reason.
If this has happened on more than one occasion or to an excessive degree during a game then you may want to test all of your equipment in a controlled environment to replicate how the issue is happening.
