My iPad says Expired - Automatically Update License

As of version 4.0 of the Sport Scope App, the per-season license for Replay and Cam Assist will now be automatically downloaded. 

Step 1. Connect your iPad to the Internet

• Internet access is required for this process

Step 2. Update iPads

• You must first ensure ALL your iPads are updated to the latest app version; see this article for instructions: How to Update the Sport Scope App to Latest Version

Step 3. Go to the Sport Scope App

• Once ALL your iPads are updated, open the Sport Scope App on one of your iPads. Go to the menu in the top left and navigate to the "Licensing" page.

Step 4. The top section "License Retrieval" is what we are looking at. 

• "Latest License Generated" will show when our database was last updated and is not relevant to this process

• "Last synced" is the part relevant to us. This section should have roughly the current time and the source should be the Internet.

Step 5. Set up the equipment to apply the license

• If your system is fully set up, connect back to your Sport Scope wifi, open the Sport Scope app, and Go to the Cameras page.

• As long as ALL of your angles are fully connected, it should automatically begin pushing the license from your iPad onto your blue or orange computer box(es).
