Warning: Any device used as a Pressbox camera will be unable to "multitask"
It will purely be a recording device unable to watch replays or use other apps.
How to set up an iPad or iPhone as a camera
To use an iPhone or iPad as a camera with EDGE Replay you will need an iPad/iPhone HDMI dongle. First determine if your iPad uses Lightning or USB-C to charge:
While Lightning has been the most common for the majority of iOS devices over the years, most newer iPhones and iPads use USB-C.
You will need a different adapter depending on your iPhone's/iPad's connection type.

Once you've confirmed that you have the correct adapter, here's how to use it:
Connect the adapter to your iPhone or iPad and then an HDMI cable from the adapter to the "Connect Camera" port of the EDGE Replay box.
Open the camera app on the iPhone or iPad, or preferably download and use the free "Airmix Solo" app from the App Store.
DISCLAIMER: If you use the standard camera app then all icons on the screen will appear on the replay footage in the Sport Scope app. This is why we highly recommend using Airmix Solo as you can use the iPhone's/iPad's camera without any on-screen icons in order to have perfectly clean clips of the game in the Sport Scope app.
Ensure that the EDGE box angle in the Sport Scope app for which you have your iPhone/iPad connected says "Ready."
You may now create a Game like normal in the Sport Scope app and film using the connected iPhone/iPad
How to use the Airmix Solo App:
1. Enable all the permissions
⌄Allow camera access⌄
⌄Allow access to the Microphone⌄
⌄Allow Location "While Using App"⌄
⌄Allow Access to Photo Library "Allow Full Access"⌄
2. Skip Selecting Your "Destination" (or where the app would stream to, which we won't be using this feature)
⌄Click "Not Yet"⌄
3. Setup App for use as a Camera
⌄Click "Clear" in bottom right AND bottom left. This removes a video source on the left and all the default overlays on the right.⌄
⌄You can also click and hold on any of the squares (right/left) and click delete⌄
⌄Click "Add New Source" on the left and choose "iOS camera"⌄
⌄You will now see it on the left hand side⌄
⌄Click the blue settings icon in top left and select "Airplay/HDMI Output"⌄
⌄Make sure program stream is checked⌄
That should be it. Now the dongle will only output the iPhone/iPad camera and should not mirror the screen. Unless you leave an overlay on the right or add your own, there should be nothing else on the HDMI out.
