My iPad Says Upgrade App - How to Update the Sport Scope App to Latest Version

Current App Version: 3.36.354

If your Camera status says "Upgrade App" this means that the EDGE box or Wireless head is at the most current version but the iPad you are holding does not have the most current app version. To resolve, connect your iPad to the internet and go to the App Store on your iPad.

Select the Account icon in the top right. Then scroll down to find any upcoming or available updates. Locate the Sport Scope app and select UPDATE.

Or, go to the App Store on your iPad and search for the Sport Scope app
If the app needs an update, it will say "UPDATE".
If it simply says "OPEN" (as pictured below) your app is fully up to date!

You can then reconnect your iPad to the Sport Scope network and then go back to the Sport Scope app and the error message should be gone.

If for some reason you do not have this option and you need to use the system immediately, you can always delete the Sport Scope app from your iPad, then search for it in the App Store and download again. This will guarantee you have the most up-to-date version of the app.

CAUTION - However, if you decide to upgrade this way note that this will delete all of your saved games on this iPad only. Make sure that there are no games that you still need to upload from the iPad before deleting the app.
